Orders & Delivery
When can I expect my order?
Our average delivery time is 5–10 business days.
Althea products are shipped directly from our suppliers.
This allows us to save on storage and transport costs — meaning better prices for you and free shipping from us.
My order is delayed — where is it?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe.
However, delays can occasionally occur during the shipping process.

Some items are missing from my order — why?
We work with multiple suppliers, which means some products may be shipped separately.
If something is missing, you’ll usually receive the rest within 2–3 days.

How much does shipping cost?
We cover all standard shipping costs — so you don’t pay anything extra.*
Returns & Exchanges
I’m not satisfied — can I return my order?
Yes, you can. You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no explanation needed.
How do I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided that the items are:

Unused

Including all labels and packaging
Make sure your return shipment includes a Track & Trace code — the sender is responsible for the shipment.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll refund the full purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
